- As this letterbox was to replace an identical product, the distance between screw holes had to be exact to avoid making new holes. I found it very difficult to source the item with the right measurements. The one from Hiatt came closest and only needed minor adjustments to fit well. This is obviously a manufacturing change that has been made and which caused me extra time searching and fearing I would have to rethink Happily Hiatt saved the day! .

- The product is fine but it does not fit my door. The sweep of the flap will require a much deeper slot and the fixing stud distance is beyond my current plate. I discovered this outside the 6 days quoted for a return. Not happy.
