- I recently bought 30 items from Hiatt Hardware, and while the Cage Knob’s and Cage D Handle’s were great quality; the screw’s supplied broke in a number of the items making them un-useable. As the body of the screw was broken inside the item, I was not able to extract it, and as such the item could no longer be used. I lost a couple of each due to the quality of the screws; so great items and a great service (delivered quickly) but may want to consider using other screws.

- Only 3 stars for value for money as I ordered the wrong quantity and needed 5 more. Emailed customer services 10 minutes after placing order (was late evening so wouldn't have been picked up yet) asking to add 5 extra to the order and I would pay the difference. Had a response the following morning to say the order goes straight to pick and pack so would have to place another order and pay for 2 lots of postage. Funny how both orders arrived together. Price was very good but am sure it wouldn't have been difficult to cancel my original order and replace with correct quantity. Product quality is very good though and overall happy
