I bought a new door handle for my bathroom door and it has no lock with the handle. I thought if I bought the bathroom door handle that the full lock would be included

Oh my days sent for more handles two tone. Black plate and satin front and handle. GUESS? They came silver once again nothing like colour on picture I suggest pictures are re-taken as not to misleading customers. Very disappointed twice. Will return both orders and not re purchase.

Suffolk Gate Latch sold for £7.98; this is an absolute bargain for an item of superb quality. I ordered 6 but one was missing on delivery; company agreed to replace right away. So I strongly recommend Hiatt Hardware for its products and its service.

Not a great experience with my most recent purchase. One of the handles I bought was faulty - It took three emails to finally get a replacement sent (which I’ve yet to receive) despite the fact that I’d shared that it was urgent. Two previous orders were timely and satisfactory but this time it was pretty disappointing in terms of quality control and responsiveness. Given the urgency I would have expected a next day delivery - it looks like I’ll get it on Friday and didn’t even get the courtesy of a response from my last email, just an automated notice that DPD had the package.

Ordered hinges were delivered next day great product!! Thought I would order 3 more sets of hinges as my carpenter was still working at my house and thought I would get them next day but no a week on my carpenter has left and if I hadn’t chased yesterday who knows?? So good product bad customer service and delivery
