- The hooks themselves are great it’s the screws that come with them that are terrible. We tried to put up six hooks in a coat cupboard and the screw heads became instantly damaged and had to be removed with force so that we could use better quality screws. Why has the manufacturer produced a high quality product and then included such terrible fittings?

- Good value, look great. The hooks are sturdy and well finished. The screws and wall plugs supplied with the hooks are ok, but a bit cheap. The screws are easily chewed up if you need to apply some force. But not a big issue, as you're buying a coat hook here, and can use better quality screws of your own.

- The hooks themselves are good quality BUT the screws supplied for fixing were a problem. I was fixing them onto an Oak board, hole were pre-drilled and a steel screw put in first to ‘cut a thread’. Three of the screws supplied sheared off though leaving me the task of drilling them out. It’s a shame that more and more the fixings / ancillaries supplied with ironmongery are of poor quality.
