- The quality of the item was let down by the fact that every hidden fitment didn’t fit without some remedial work. Am I happy with the fitted product, yes, but disappointed that quality control obviously hadn’t checked the fitment didn’t fit before sending out.

- The hooks themselves are good quality BUT the screws supplied for fixing were a problem. I was fixing them onto an Oak board, hole were pre-drilled and a steel screw put in first to ‘cut a thread’. Three of the screws supplied sheared off though leaving me the task of drilling them out. It’s a shame that more and more the fixings / ancillaries supplied with ironmongery are of poor quality.
