- Design and installation were fine. Delivery was prompted too. Just the inside 'lever' is different from the old one. My old handle has holes for screws, which seemed to be more secure, whereas the new one is a 'one-line hole' style, I wasn't sure, so I used the old one. I guess it wasn't a big deal?!

The door knobs are available with two different mechanisms:
- Sprung – the knob will withdraw automatically when turned
- Unsprung – the knob will turn freely without any spring-back action.
Unsprung mortice doork knobs will need a heavy-duty latch or lock mechanism.
