- These are attractive door knobs with a relevant period look for our house and decor and they were available at a very reasonable price. They arrived quickly and well packed and certainly look good now they are fitted. The only downside is they are not particularly comfortable to use when gripped firmly. They have a few 'sharp feeling' edges and I have released the return spring on some so less grip is needed and this has made them more comfortable to use. I think softer inner edges to the actual knob design would be an improvement. Still good value though.
