- Only slight niggle the screws that came with the knobs did not fit the doors which are period and still have the original locks, therefore we had trim them down slightly to fit which took a lot longer than anticipated, also one of the units did not come with a screw pack this was sorted immediately we received the pack in the post the following day The knobs are of good quality and would highly recommend

- Even though the product in itself was what we wanted, very disappointed with the quality..the bar on some of them looked like they were second hand rusted and worn..some of the handles were scratched and missing the brass coating..hence the low stars..but delivery and parcel packed well.

- Very Disappointing I bought this door nob, as it appeared to be the best replacement and match with the existing ones on the ground floor. The problem is the the spindle is a non standard size. So, I had to replace the existing mortice latch. Again, as the spindle was non standard, I had to go to my local locksmith to obtain a suitable mortice latch. So, the whole process was time consuming and more expensive than anticipated.
