- Firstly the bolts that are supplied with this lock are very fiddly and hard fix due to the very thin mature.Also when i ordered the handle sets i assumed the latches and the bathroom lock hole centres would be the same length but they were smaller, making the handle sit in a different position on the style on the door. maybe this was my mistake, but ive since had a look web sight and i can see a bigger size. But other than this great products…

- Great quality. Really lovely shaped handle - fits really nicely in your hand, has a good weight, without being too big. Door looks brilliant just with a lick of paint and these new handles. Have now bought them for my whole house, not just the rooms off the hallway. Great that Hiatt stock all the variations e.g. with or without latch, bathroom lock version etc. so could get them all matching with minimal effort.
