- Whilst I ordered the Berkeley Lever Latch Door Handle Pack, and the label on the box said just that, all I got where the handles. The package was missing the hinges and latch, but there was no damage to the box. I didn't complain because I only needed the handles. However, if you actually wanted the whole set, then it would have been a big disappointment and probably a lot of hassle to get the additional bits sent through. I did click & collect, was very fast delivery but would have needed to make a second journey at my cost to collect the missing bits. This is why I haven't given a 5 star rating.

- My Talladega latch sets (which is what they are called on the boxes) for all my internal doors seem to be of an exceptional quality and I'm sure I will be more than happy with them once they have been put on the doors which will only be done once ALL the painting has been done. For obvious reasons. :)
