- Fantastic value and I would buy again. The only thing to be aware of is that the spindle is of the type that has a slit that the screw securing the knob has to locate in, this doesn't make for the most secure of fits. Don't get me wrong it works, but it is not as good a solution as other types of spindle I have, or knobs with a thread insert to take the screw. But for the money it is excellent and the actual knob and back plate are as good as the more expensive knobs I have.
