- Luckily I had my own screws that fit my wardrobe better as the ones supplied were too long. But the knobs were fantastic quality and easy to install. They feel a lot stronger than the ones I bought previously. Great purchase.

- Badly designed manufacture. They’re faceted glass balls, glued onto pull knobs. Nice idea but they’re never going to stay on the fitting. Mine arrived, chipped and broken and had already parted company with the chrome fittings. They were in plastic sealed bags. But the bubble wrap was too weak to protect the balls from chipping.

- The description describes as being black nickel, when in fact it’s chrome. So although the product itself, is very good quality, I was disappointed with it not being black nickel, which is why I ordered it in the first place!

This company sent the wrong ones, and I only had my best friend down to help me do this, before I moved out. So now these are on instead of the brass ones I wanted. They don't match the door furniture and this company is quids up. Annoying!
