- Thought the online ordering was easy and the delivery time from order was very good. The quality of the handles was very good overall, but some of the 128mm handles were slightly scratched, however due to the position you couldn't see them as they were underneath when fitted. Pity Hiatt don't do a 192mm version for the wardrobes, think they're missing a trick there, but we went with the 160mm. Overall, really pleased with the handles and service. They were an upgrade on the IKEA own handles that came with the units.

- Fine once the correct ones arrived but I was first sent black nickel in brushed nickel packaging and was told that was all they has and there was no alternative to match the knob I had also ordered. I asked them to check their warehouse stock and they found the ones I had had been incorrectly packaged and sent me the ones I needed once I had returned the wrong ones. A bit of a faff but ok in the end.

- Beautiful handles. The texture gives it a very subtle sparkle. Very classy. The black nickel has a lovely sheen as opposed to the matt black. Love them.
