- Very Disappointing I bought this door nob, as it appeared to be the best replacement and match with the existing ones on the ground floor. The problem is the the spindle is a non standard size. So, I had to replace the existing mortice latch. Again, as the spindle was non standard, I had to go to my local locksmith to obtain a suitable mortice latch. So, the whole process was time consuming and more expensive than anticipated.

- I have just upgraded most of my internal handles across the house. I needed a combination of one handle with a knob on the opposite side on one of the doors, I had purchased the Hyatt handles and when I looked for the knob they had a perfect match the correct diameter and the mount was slightly bigger than the old one removed, this effectively covered the mark left on the door face from the old handle mount. A solid door knob with a nice design. Easy to turn and looks great. I have also purchased a bathroom door set from Hiatt and that looks pretty dapper know fitted. Very good quality and design. Delivery was quick and packaging is both strong and functional. Good pricing as well. The Hiatt website is easy to navigate making the whole experience well worth the effort.
